Unshakeable
a virtual peer to peer resilience programme for fundraisers

Fundraising is tough, there’s no sugar-coating it. The pressure, the uncertainty, the constant need to deliver results - it can take its toll. But what if you had the tools to handle setbacks, bounce back stronger, and keep going without burning out?
This programme is all about giving you exactly that. You’ll build the confidence to take risks, embrace failure, and stay resilient, no matter what challenges come your way. You’ll learn how to manage stress, set stronger boundaries, and stop procrastination from holding you back.
It’s not just about surviving in fundraising, it’s about thriving. You’ll connect with like-minded fundraisers, gain fresh perspectives, and come away with practical, actionable strategies you can use straight away. Most importantly, you’ll reconnect with why you do this work in the first place - without losing yourself in the process.

My story unveiled
Fundraising is a career built on passion, but it comes with relentless pressure - tight budgets, ambitious targets, and the emotional toll of always giving more. I know this because I’ve lived it.
For 14 years, I’ve experienced both the euphoria of delivering unforgettable events and the exhaustion of constantly pushing for results. I’ve seen brilliant fundraisers burn out, doubting themselves in a sector that often glorifies overwork.
That’s why I created this programme, to change the way we support fundraisers. It’s not just about strategy; it’s about giving fundraisers the confidence, resilience, and community they need to thrive. Because when fundraisers feel strong, supported, and valued, they don’t just raise more—they create real, lasting change.
I’m Tony, a fundraising expert, a qualified Mental Health First Aider, coach, and speaker. Inspired by my own journey as both a participant and organiser, I am passionate about supporting fundraisers to embrace failure, think creatively, and protect their mental wellbeing in a challenging yet rewarding career.
